Fancier options include platforms, box springs, slats, and adjustable bases however there is no need to buy an expensive base. Even if you’re not getting rid of your mattress any time soon, you’ll eventually get rid of your mattress several years down the road, and this fee will help states safely recycle your used mattress. The Mattress Recycling Council (MRC), a not-for-profit organization established by the mattress industry, manages this program. MRC utilizes a network of organizations to effectively transport and recycle old mattresses, with compliance to government regulations.   • How long does it take to get a refund from SleepCo?
    Once we have received your return, please allow 2-5 business days to process the refund. All refunds are issued to the original payment method and depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 2-5 business days for your statement to reflect the refund.

    We promptly process orders, including same day shipping, which means that most of our orders are processed and shipped out the same day the order is placed. The only exception to our same day shipping is, if you’ve placed an order during Zzing hours or if you’ve placed an extra large order, it will be shipped out the following day.
  • Will SleepCo ship to a PO Box?
    SleepCo understands that sometimes, PO Box is the only shipping option, which is why we will ship to a PO Box if need be.
  • Can you deliver over the weekend?
    SleepCo is unable to deliver over the weekend, as most shipping carriers won’t deliver large parcels over the weekend.

    Yes! If you need to specify the delivery date/time, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll coordinate with the carrier on your behalf, so that you can get the package exactly when you want it.
  • Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
    No. If you prefer the carrier to leave your package for you at your shipping address, even if you’re not going to be there, make sure to leave the “Signature Required” field unchecked during your online checkout.
